• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and uphold merchandising standards.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, process credit and loyalty programs.
• Support store recovery and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction programs.
• Provide service, fostering a positive culture of honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Assist with merchandise processing and floor preparation per company procedures.
• Participate in store cleanup, organization, and daily maintenance of the sales floor.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

• Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule and handle multi‑tasking.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects (with reasonable accommodation).
• Experience in retail customer service preferred.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors.

$12.00 – $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills and experience.
