What you’ll do includes complying with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy; operating a forklift following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing and positioning merchandise pallets; completing work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources and collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines and expectations;

carrying out tasks, communicating progress and information, determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from change; receiving stocks and organizing merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers throughout the facility by managing inventory flow following company policy and procedures; merchandising and inventory management, including correcting shelf capacities and completing required paperwork logs; providing member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding them through self‑service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the company’s products and services;

maintaining facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials safely and reporting unsafe situations; maintaining the sales floor and merchandising presentation by properly zoning, stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged goods, setting up displays, maintaining modular integrity, and ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise; ensuring club pickup orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging and performing audits;

handling inventory moves, displays, tracking goods and maintaining in‑stock levels; operating and maintaining forklifts safely and reporting unsafe conditions.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*.

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

90 days of prior experience with forklift certification. Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
