As Merchandise Fulfillment Manager, you will manage online retail execution, will coordinate digital merchandising, product availability, order fulfillment, promotional activity, and performance reporting, and will partner with retail and warehouse teams to deliver consistent customer experience.

• 3+ years of e-commerce, digital retail, or online merchandising experience
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and online product-management tools
• Experience analyzing digital sales, conversion, inventory, and fulfillment metrics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and retail reporting tools
• Experience with order-management and inventory systems

• Manages day-to-day e-commerce operations.
• Maintains online product assortment and availability.
• Coordinates digital merchandising and promotional execution.
• Monitors online sales and fulfillment performance.
• Partners with warehouse teams on inventory and order fulfillment.
• Reviews product, conversion, and sales reporting.
• Maintains accurate product information and online presentation.
• Identifies opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience.
