• Setting Appointments (6–8 hours per week):
  Reach out to potential clients who previously requested coverage and schedule a time to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
• Research (4–5 hours per week):
  Dig into client‑provided information to customize options that meet their financial needs in the event of death or disability.
• Meeting with Families (2 days per week):
  Meet with clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss details, and help them apply for coverage.
• Administrative (2 hours per week):
  Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

This position is a commission‑only sales role. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. We expect a full‑time agent to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer premium financial products that help people save for retirement or protect current retirement accounts (e.g., 401(k) s and IRAs).

Extensive training is provided, and we have an uncapped commission structure with a competitive bonus program and incentive trips based on results.
