This entry-level part-time role focuses on enhancing athletes' performance through specialized conditioning, tailored programs, and motivation. Applicants should possess at least a year of strength & conditioning experience, a degree in a related field, and a valid safety certification. Experience in collegiate volleyball is required.

A positive attitude and passion for coaching are essential.
