THIS POSITION REQUIRES WORKING ON SATURDAYS!What is this job responsible for?
Answering service phone calls for Auburn Toyota and Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to help our customers make appointments, get estimates and assist with any other inquiries about their car!
What you’ll be doing- Provide excellent customer service to the hundreds of customers who call each day!
- Answer the phone in a timely manner
- Use company scripts to professionally answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Make outbound calls to our current customers to schedule upcoming appointments or notify them of recalls
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through outstanding customer service
- Hourly pay plan plus a professional bonus plan
- Full-time job

The Custer Service Representative BDC Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit .
