Join a compassionate dental team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to the community. Nextaff is hiring Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) who take pride in providing a welcoming, high‑quality patient experience.

Pay Rates:

• RDA I (1–4 yrs): $24.55–$28.35/hr
• RDA II (5–9 yrs): $27.35–$31.75/hr
• RDA III (10+ yrs): $30.50–$35.55/hr

• Prepare patients and operatories for treatment, ensuring comfort and a welcoming experience (“Red Carpet Method”).
• Assist with a variety of dental procedures, including endodontics, oral surgery, pedodontics, prosthodontics, and restorative care.
• Take dental impressions, pour and trim models, and create bleach trays or night guards.
• Collaborate closely with Dentists, Hygienists, and Sterilization Technicians to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment.

• Active California RDA license.
• X‑Ray & Infection Control certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
