The role features a Hybrid/Open ICU, a 7 AM-5 PM day rounding schedule, and a base guarantee of $323,930 with additional productivity, quality bonuses, and sign-on incentives.
Applicants must be board certified/eligible in Hospital Medicine, possess California licensure, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.
