Well maybe it's time you moved up. You want to be the boss? Well now's your chance – Domino’s Pizza is hiring bosses – more specifically assistant managers. It's a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of course, you'll need some skills – judgment, math and the ability to multitask.

• Manage everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from your crew.
• Staff scheduling, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
• Deliver product by car to customers, deliver flyers and door hangers, navigate delivery areas with safe driving record and insured vehicle.

• Operate all equipment and prepare product.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communication skills: verbal, written, and telephone skills for processing orders.
• Strong math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks or delivering product.
• Store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or more in some work areas, with sudden temperature changes.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Physical demands: standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting up to 50 lb cases, carrying large cans and pizza dough, pushing/pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping/bending for 30–45 seconds at a time, cursing frequently, reaching above 72 in, eye‑hand coordination, using utensils such as pizza peel, cutter, and roller.
• Driving duties include delivering pizzas within a designated area, sometimes navigating five or more flights of stairs.
• Night vision required for driving and performing certain tasks during late shifts.
