RN Supervisor

Our RN Supervisors serve as the central point of support and leadership for their Pod, ensuring exceptional care and a positive experience for both patients and staff. In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on nursing care within your scope, collaborate closely with providers and MAs, and help guide the team through more complex patient needs.

Salary: $52.65 - $62.00 starting, DOE.

Duties

• Lead and support your Pod’s nursing team to ensure high‑quality, coordinated patient care.
• Oversee daily clinic flow, including pre‑visit assessments for new patients, medication reconciliation, setting visit agendas, and providing patient education.
• Deliver and guide patient care services such as admission interviews, documentation, and timely movement of patients through their visit.
• Manage accurate medication reconciliation for patients with complex needs.
• Triage patient phone calls using strong clinical judgment and nursing best practices.
