Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to Leadership and administrative personnel in pursuit of company objectives.

Job Duties
  • Must be efficient in organization of office paperwork, preparation of office forms for office personnel, and timely maintenance of various tracking records.
  • Assist with correspondence, records, files, appointments and invoices to accomplish efficient and quality communications.
  • Coordinating and completing various office services such as mailings, copying, etc. for work areas.
  • Provides phone relief and other duties as temporary relief for various positions to maintain efficient office operations.
  • Must report regularly to the Office Manager on progress and/or problems; seeking assistance and counsel as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Aptitudes
