$18–$24 per hour (Full‑time)

• Georgia Aquatic Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in lake and pond management, pest/herbicide control, or surveying.
• Background in fisheries, wildlife management, conservation, ecology, biology, environmental sciences or forestry is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable swimming and around water.
• Ability to lift 80 pounds regularly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills for calculating product applications.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Occasional travel may be required.

• Identify and treat invasive weeds.
• Conduct visual inspections of stormwater components.
• Mow and trim sites.
• Improve overall aesthetics of sites.
• Perform minor repairs for compliance.
• Implement safety training for field staff.
• Handle administrative duties.
