Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) who lights up when you see an older adult regain confidence, mobility, and independence? If you love meaningful work and want to make a real impact right here in Auburn, our employee‑owner Rehab Team is excited to meet you! We’re looking for a PRN PT to support our therapy services at a beautiful senior‑living community in the Auburn area—where your clinical voice matters and your work directly shapes the lives of the residents you serve.
- Create purposeful, individualized treatment plans.
- Set realistic goals and guide patients through safe, thoughtful progress.
- Mentor and collaborate with PTAs and a supportive interdisciplinary team.
- Document and meet productivity standards.
- Graduate of an accredited PT program.
- Active Indiana PT license (or pending for recent graduates).
- Flexibility to support weekend or variable shifts as needed.
- Experience in acute care, LTC, or post‑acute rehab is a plus—but not required.
