Parkview Health is seeking an experienced, innovative, and service-driven Pharmacy Manager to lead pharmacy operations at Parkview DeKalb Hospital. This role is ideal for a dynamic pharmacy leader who is passionate about patient-centered care, operational excellence, staff development, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Position SummaryThe Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the daily leadership, coordination, and oversight of the inpatient pharmacy team and operations. This leader ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective medication distribution and clinical operational pharmacy support services, while driving exceptional service to patients, providers, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise personnel and pharmacy activities.
- Oversee medication procurement and inventory.
- Promote outstanding customer service.
- Lead staff training and development.
- Contribute to operational planning, regulatory readiness, process improvement, and advancement of pharmacy services across Parkview DeKalb.
- B.S. or Pharm
D degree from a School of Pharmacy required. - Current Indiana pharmacist licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage operations, and implement process improvements.
