We’re seeking a PRN COTA to support OT services at a vibrant senior‑living community in the Auburn area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, collaborating with a supportive team, and being part of meaningful patient progress.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner closely with a passionate Occupational Therapist to bring treatment plans to life—using creativity, encouragement, and evidence‑based techniques to help older adults regain confidence in their daily routines. From mobility training to functional ADLs, you’ll make a direct, lasting impact on the people you serve.
• Support residents through individualized, purposeful interventions.
• Complete documentation and maintain productivity expectations.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that genuinely values your voice.
• Bring joy and confidence to every interaction.

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Active Indiana COTA license.
• Flexibility to support PRN and occasional weekend needs.
• Prior LTC, rehab, or acute experience is helpful—but not required!
• A warm personality and a heart for older adults.
