Join our multidisciplinary treatment team as a Park Center Therapist. You will provide a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic, and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families. Your role includes developing and maintaining consultative and liaison relationships with internal and external caregivers and providing emergency services as required.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to patients and families.
• Collaborate with a team of health professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide emergency psychiatric support when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing records.

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field.
• Active Associate License or Temporary License required; must be able to bill independently.
• Current licensure and certifications; continuous professional development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds independently and share lifting of 100 pounds.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent conflict resolution and teamwork abilities; ability to navigate ambiguity with structured problem‑solving techniques.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and days of the week.
