This is a full-time on-site role for a Swiss Set-up Operator located in Auburn, IN. The Swiss Set-up Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating Swiss machines to manufacture precision components. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical blueprints, preparing and maintaining tools, conducting quality checks, making necessary adjustments to machines, and troubleshooting to ensure production efficiency. The operator will collaborate with team members to ensure products meet required specifications and maintain the highest standards of quality.

• Proficiency in operating, setting up, and maintaining Swiss-style CNC machines
• Understanding of blueprint reading, technical specifications, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to machine operation
• Experience in quality control, including the use of precision measuring instruments and performing inspections
• Knowledge of safe machining practices and workplace safety regulations
• High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operations is preferred
• Technical training or certification in CNC machining, tooling, or a related field is a plus
