Carlex-Glass-of-Indian is hiring a production/shift supervisor in Indiana. The role leads a team, communicates quality and production data, and ensures safety, attendance, and training compliance on a 12-hour night schedule (5:45pm–6:00am).
You will also drive audits, investigations, and improvements across departments. Experience in manufacturing, a HS diploma (BS preferred), and willingness to work all shifts are required.
