Sign on bonus offered! Requires a 30‑minute response radius for on‑call hours. DeKalb OR is located on the third floor at Parkview DeKalb. The group specializes in general OR, Orthopedic, and Endoscopic cases. The unit has 4 operating rooms and 3 procedure suites. Schedule is variable with a 2‑hour flex (7 a.m. – 3 p.m.) and 7 days per week – 32 hrs per week.

• Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
• Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required; CPR certification required
• Additional certifications may be required for specified areas
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist with 100 lbs (lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments)
