Location & Scope

DeKalb OR is located on the third floor at Parkview DeKalb. This group specializes in general OR, Ortho, and Endo cases and operates 4 operating rooms and 3 procedure suites.

• Diploma in nursing or ASN/BSN
• Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license and CPR certification
• Additional certifications may be required for specified areas
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds (lifting requirements may be heavier for specified departments)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
