The Auburn site, located about 40 minutes from Portland, Maine, is an integral production node within our Feminine Care business unit where we manufacture most of P&G’s tampon products for worldwide distribution. It hosts nearly 600 full‑time employees across technicians, engineers, and support personnel.

This role offers an opportunity to lead the development, enrollment, and execution of the site cybersecurity action plan, build site cybersecurity capability, and promote a sustainable culture of cybersecurity awareness.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead development and execution of the site cybersecurity action plan and support the digital master plan.
• Build site cybersecurity capability and foster a visible culture of cybersecurity awareness.
• Participate in the CSL Community of Practices to share and adopt best practices.
• Serve as first point of contact for site information security incident response and contribute to response ownership.
• Act as the “C” contributor to the site’s governance, risk, and compliance activities, while the “P” process leader manages MAGICS IT Digital System Toolkit execution.

• Proven experience in Information/Cyber Security as a SOC Analyst, Security Architect/Engineer, Forensics, Risk Analyst, Developer, System Administrator, or NOC Engineer.
• Experience protecting Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
• Familiarity with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information/Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proactive self‑starter with the ability to influence others and explain complex security ideas in a business context.

• Certification in Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or ability to obtain them within 3 years.
• Strong understanding and implementation of NIST CSF.
• 2-5 years of hands‑on experience implementing security controls and protecting IC‑S/SCADA systems.

Total rewards include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits. Salary range: $85,000 – $115,000 per year, depending on location, role, credentials, and experience.
