Site Supervisor for Restoration and Mitigation

Service Master is seeking candidates with construction or restoration experience. We provide emergency services for water and fire damage, including property cleanup and remediation, often involving demolition. Our clients are typically insurance carriers requiring adherence to specific protocols and thorough documentation.

The candidate will manage crews on-site for disaster restoration jobs such as water, fire, mold, and sewage. Responsibilities include completing daily paperwork, working with the field manager for billing, and problem-solving. Some nights and weekends are required, scheduled in advance.

Must-haves include crew management experience, physical ability, construction/restoration background, availability for some nights and weekends, and a positive attitude. Pluses include IICRC certification, insurance experience, and familiarity with MICA, Dash, or Xactimate.

Compensation

  • Hourly wage: $22.00 - $26.00
  • No limit on overtime
  • Bonuses for after-hours emergency work
  • Seven paid holidays annually
  • Up to six paid vacation days in the first year
  • 401(k) with 3% company contribution after one year
