Our 24/7 Auburn, Maine manufacturing site is seeking Forklift Drivers to join the Logistics Department supporting critical business needs.

About the RoleForklift Drivers are vital to the success of our business at P&G. The Logistics Department maintains production across the site by safely moving critical materials within the facility, replenishing automation systems, and ensuring materials and product meet P&G’s quality expectations. You will enable on‑time shipments that our customers and consumers expect from P&G.
Work Schedule- Work a rotating 2‑2‑3, days and nights, 12‑hour shift schedule, including weekends.
- Shifts or rotation schedule may change with business volume.
- Drivers must be willing to rotate and work any shift; additional days may be overtime.
Operating forklifts and reach trucks, controlling the process from a computer terminal, receiving raw and packing materials to support production, loading outbound finished product shipments for customers, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment.

- 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Willing to work rotating shifts.
- Pass a DOT physical / Motor vehicle operator evaluation.
- Interest in operating/working around material handling equipment (preferred experience with powered industrial forklifts and reach trucks, but not required).
- Sit/stand on material handling equipment continuously.
- Climb in and out of forklift frequently.
- Rotate upper body and look over shoulder frequently.
- Reach above shoulder height.
- No neck/upper back conditions that would prevent upper body rotation.
- Sense of orientation and coordination while driving backwards.
- Work in tight/congested areas and confined spaces.
- Climb, stand, and move around on stairs, ladders, and platforms.
- Bend, squat, turn, and twist frequently.
- Use basic hand and power tools.
- Lifting: lift 50 lbs by bending, carry up to 40 lbs.
- Walk varying distances between warehouses.
- Wear required safety personal protective equipment.
- Work with loud noise (>85 db) while wearing ear protection.
Average starting pay: $68,000 per year.
