The work flow coordinator will work within the department to expedite production by performing the following duties.
- Plan, organize, and communicate daily production flow, and support production.
- Distributes work orders to departments, denoting number, type and proposed completion date of units to be produced.
- Report progress of work schedule, associated down time and recommend work flow modifications to department management.
- Work in production and/or as a machine operator, as assigned.
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with production staff.
- Experience in production/manufacturing, specifically coordinating work flow
- Flexibility around shifts, for training and to maintain workflow, to include overtime
