Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with the lead sales agent to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
• Take part in team activities according to team standards
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
