About the PositionAs an Applebee's Bartender you will mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, deliver excellent drinks, create a great bar experience, and work closely with servers. You must be friendly, professional, and a team player.
Responsibilities- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
- Provide friendly service to staff and customers.
- Help servers deliver the best drink possible.
- Maintain a clean and safe bar area.
- At least 21 years old (state law).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build a positive impact on the team.
- Physical ability: remain stationary up to four hours, lift up to 25 lbs, perform reaching, bending, stooping, and regular cleaning tasks.
