Early Morning Shift. 18+ Requires working with age restricted equipment.
$20-$25 p/hr
Tipped position (Hourly range includes tip average).
Duties and Responsibilities- Measure and mix ingredients to make bagels and bread from scratch.
- Measure and mix ingredient for recipes.
- Prep and portion products needed to prepare menu items.
- Serves food at proper temperatures.
- Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen at all times to ensure efficient and safe performance of all duties.
- Keeps food waste at a minimum.
- Receive and check-in truck orders.
- Handle 50lbs of flour.
- Follows safe and sanitary food handling practices.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the Leader.
