Merchandiser (Scarborough, Westbrook, Windham)

Join Pepsi Co to apply for the Merchandiser (Scarborough, Westbrook, Windham) role. The position is part‑time, evening shift, with a schedule of Thursday through Saturday. Hours are paid weekly at $22.50 per hour, and mileage reimbursement is $0.70 per mile.

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with products assigned to accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products between backroom and shelf with equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners.
• Maintain backroom inventory neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to managers and Pepsi Co management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan‑in/scan‑out, route, etc.).
• Serve accounts during scheduled times set by management.
• Deliver customer service: communication, rapport, attentiveness.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Pass the physical capability test (if applicable).
• Have reliable car or personal transportation to access multiple store locations during the assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Proof of insurance.

• Experience in a retail or grocery environment, understanding store operations and backroom inventory.
• Experience moving products in a store, including using equipment such as u‑boats, hand trucks or dolly.
• Experience merchandising products: filling shelves, building displays, rotating stock, and removing out‑of‑stock items.
• Experience managing back‑room inventory (organizing pallets, stacking, storing).
• Experience serving customers and handling complaints.
