Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

I'm representing one of my retained clients, a well-established New England contractor, in the search for an experienced Project Manager III – Mechanical / Heavy Industrial.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of $5M+ mechanical and heavy industrial projects while working alongside an experienced team and having a genuine impact on project delivery.

$150,000+ base salary — compensation will be based on your experience.

You'll have ownership of project delivery, including:

• Project budgets and financial performance
• Scheduling and project planning
• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Project teams and field coordination
• Change orders, RFIs and submittals
• Client and consultant relationships
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Project reporting and forecasting
• Coordination across mechanical, structural, electrical and civil scopes
• Delivering projects safely, on schedule and within budget

We're interested in speaking with experienced Project Managers / Senior Project Managers who have:

• 7+ years of construction/project management experience
• Strong mechanical and/or heavy industrial construction experience
• Experience managing $5M+ projects
• Strong understanding of construction operations and project financials
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and project teams
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• The confidence to make decisions and take ownership of project outcomes

An Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience is welcomed.

OSHA-30 and a CSL are preferred, with the ability to obtain a CSL within one year.
