Trans Core is seeking a full-time Associate Supervisor to lead the EZDriveMA Walk-in Customer Service Center in Ludlow, MA. You will oversee daily operations, guide staff, ensure accurate account handling, and maintain high customer service levels.
Must have 1-2 years in customer service with supervisory exposure; strong communication and Excel/Word skills are required. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. Availability for occasional weekend shifts and a Monday–Friday schedule is expected.
