Associate Optometrist for Weekends - Auburn, MA – Lens Crafters at the Auburn Mall

Position overview:

An Independent Optometrist affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, practice benefits include professional autonomy, full scope of practice, flexible scheduling, fully furnished office with OD equipment, digital eye examination technology (Clarifye, Daytona Optomap) and online appointment book and patient recall system.

• Provide comprehensive optometric care, including patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services.
• Perform advanced diagnostic tests and optical dispensing services as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the Subleasing Doctor and Lens Crafters staff to ensure high quality patient experience and practice efficiency.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain optometric competence.

• Doctor of Optometry (DO) from an accredited optometry program.
• Active, unrestricted optometry license in Massachusetts.
• Experience in independent or retail optometry practice preferred.
• Strong patient communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
