An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you will:

• Operate within the practice as an independent optometrist; provide high quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Maintain professional autonomy to care for patients, with practice terms negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.
• Work in a private Independent practice where the Subleasing doctor determines the practice model, pay and hours.
• Utilize a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment and digital eye examination technology where available.
• Use available retina imaging and pre-testing support as offered by the office.
• Manage appointments through an automated on-line book and patient recall system.
