Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

• Schedule:
  
  three 12 hour clinical shifts per week and additional administrative time.

• APCs see approximately 2 patients per hour.

• Our model focuses on patient quality rather than productivity. Provide high-quality care in a system designed to focus on value-based care.

Required Qualifications:

• Able to obtain Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

• Certification to care for patients of all ages- pediatrics through adults

• Able to obtain Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in urgent care or emergency medicine

• Active DEA License

The salary range for this role is $104,500 - $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. United Health Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
