Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our practice in Auburn, MA. We offer full‑time, part‑time, and per diem positions. Outpatient orthopedic PT experience is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Who We Are

We are a physical therapist owned private outpatient orthopedic practice serving Central Massachusetts for over 20 years. Our clinic is state‑of‑the‑art and has been recognized by ADVANCE Magazine for "Practice of the Year." We care for a diverse caseload ranging from seniors to post‑surgical patients to high‑level athletes, and provide specialty services such as Pilates, dry needling, vestibular therapy, amputee rehab, and aquatic physical therapy.

Duties
  • Outpatient orthopedic PT
  • Patient consultation—review health and medical histories, examine patients, review relevant medical records/imaging, and determine reason for visit
  • Consult with referring physicians and healthcare teams as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs
  • Assist patients through all phases of treatment—including exercise instruction, manual therapy, modalities, and activities of daily living
  • Compose discharge notes and refer patients to appropriate outside services when necessary
  • Educate patients on PT benefits, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation/progress notes in patient charts
  • Collaborate with other health professionals for comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with staff and patients and create a positive experience
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active PT license in Massachusetts
Schedule
  • Full-time, Part-time, or Per diem
  • Office hours Monday‑Friday
Total Compensation (range)
  • $125k‑$130k (base plus bonus)

Compensation & Bonuses

Base salary $125k‑$130k plus performance bonus. Up to $20k student loan repayment and $5k‑$20k sign‑on bonus.
