Maintenance Manager (Fortune 500 Manufacturing)
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus
- The Maintenance Manager will report to the Plant General Manager and lead a department of 20 employees (5 direct reports).
- Full ownership of the Maintenance and Reliability Engineering department.
- Train and develop staff.
- Maintain complete AM/PM schedule for all plant capital equipment.
- Manage external service providers and contractor relationships.
- Lead project management activities including equipment installations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Quality.
- Preferred degree.
- 3‑5 years of Plant Engineering or Maintenance Leadership experience.
- Experience in a high‑speed/fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
