• Seeking a NP or PA with two years of working experience as an APC
• Provide primary care to our most frail and at-risk elderly patients
• Have ownership of your patient panel
• Care for an average of six to eight patients daily
• Provide coverage for Metrowest communities

• Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Active DEA License

• Minimum two years of APC experience
• Geriatric experience
• Fluency in EMR systems and technology

The salary range for this role is $104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors. United Health Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
