- Provide personalized care to seniors, including assistance with daily activities, meals, and personal hygiene.
- Check in with residents, assist with dining, and perform vital sign checks and other clinical procedures per community policy.
- Assist with activities of daily living (shower, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming).
- Maintain and document resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Successfully complete a State CNA/STNA course and maintain certification.
- State CNA or STNA certification (Ohio).
- Strong communication and empathy skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow community policies.
