Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers help bring this vision to life every day for guests of their centers—coordinating multiple team members, problem‑solving in real time, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.

• MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1 – Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
• NEVER STOP IMPROVING – Continually hone our operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience.
• TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY – Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
• PARTNER WITH LEAGUES – Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues.
• ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM – Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
• SHOW OFF YOUR MANAGEMENT SKILLS – Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity; delegate consistently.
• DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES – Oversee the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction. Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture.
• REMAIN FLEXIBLE – Work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, and be available for extended workdays as needed by your center.

As a committed member of our team, you’re ready to fill in for the General Manager as needed. Your guest service sensibility is matched by strong interpersonal and communication skills. You’re a dedicated team player, develop talent, and look to eventually step into a General Manager role.

• 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to supervise center operations staff
• Strong team player
• Exceptional “People Developer”
• Customer service professional
• Knowledge of POS register systems

Typical entertainment environment that requires walking, bending, and standing for periods of time, and may involve lifting objects with assistance.
