• Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service during every visit.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to customers.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during their shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
