• Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
• Lead & engage as primary point of contact for event‑related concerns, support directives from Area/District Manager, and drive operational excellence.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution – focus on solutions.
• Flexible schedule – work varying hours to support District Manager and customer commitments.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
• Comfortable learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, get in low positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel via car or occasionally by plane with overnight stays.
