- Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.

- Lead & engage as primary point of contact for event‑related concerns, support directives from Area/District Manager, and drive operational excellence.

- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution – focus on solutions.
- Flexible schedule – work varying hours to support District Manager and customer commitments.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
- Comfortable learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, get in low positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel via car or occasionally by plane with overnight stays.
