- Safety first – Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner. Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision – Accuracy matters.

- Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence, minimum 36 consecutive months.
- Minimum of 3 years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment screening, including investigative consumer report, MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts; use of both hands for repetitive motions.
- Capability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; frequent walking, squatting, kneeling, or crouching; use of ladder.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Strong focus and attention to detail; reliable attendance; positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales representative, driver, and/or warehouse work preferred.
- No inventory experience needed; training provided.
- No degree required; service members, returning to workforce, or military experience welcomed.

- Competitive pay: productivity-based wage increase up to $2.00 in first 6 months, maximum $5.00.
