• Safety first – Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner. Adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision – Accuracy matters.

• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence, minimum 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of 3 years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment screening, including investigative consumer report, MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts; use of both hands for repetitive motions.
• Capability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.; frequent walking, squatting, kneeling, or crouching; use of ladder.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Strong focus and attention to detail; reliable attendance; positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales representative, driver, and/or warehouse work preferred.
• No inventory experience needed; training provided.
• No degree required; service members, returning to workforce, or military experience welcomed.
