Job DescriptionThe Sales Associate is an Entry Level position at Sears Part Store in Auburn MA. The role is responsible for providing positive frontline contact with customers, determining and meeting customer needs, providing assistance and support, ensuring a positive customer experience, and translating customer needs into solutions. The associate must also exercise persuasiveness needed to close sales.
