Inside Sales Account Manager

• Provide premier customer service to deliver value daily to our customers (primarily established accounts).
• Execute sales strategies that focus on profitable sales growth with existing and potential customers.
• Process customer quotes and orders with keen attention to detail.
• Review and understand customer and material specifications (e.g., QQ-N-281D).
• Build relationships with customers through reliable and dependable service.
• Be a team player and establish strong communication between Inside and Field Sales, Purchasing, and other CMI departments.
• Provide technical assistance and solutions to customers.
• Research, identify, and implement new products and programs to enhance profitability.
• Adhere to all CMI safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Adhere to all CMI handbook policies, procedures, and business codes of ethics.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of sales experience.
• Market experience, ensuring ability to recognize opportunities.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to effectively multi‑task and work independently on assigned tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to transfer data accurately.
• Strong work ethic; self‑motivated.
• Operate with high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co‑workers, customers, and suppliers.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area.
• Two or more years of sales and marketing experience.
