Regional Inside Sales Representative

Regional Inside Sales Representative – Kadant South America (Auburn, Massachusetts) – Join our team at Kadant South America.

Kadant Solutions Division is seeking a qualified candidate for a Regional Inside Sales Associate to work at its Auburn, Mass. location. The role involves collaborating with customers, application engineers, and regional directors to acquire and maintain business. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, capital orders, and follow‑ups in conjunction with the operations group.

• Work with customers via phone calls and emails, both external and internal.
• Generate quotes for all non‑capital items.
• Coordinate or enter orders; maintain visibility of sales orders through to shipping.
• Process delivery status notifications for customers upon request.
• Communicate with Buyers/Planners regarding inventory‑impacting orders.
• Resolve customer complaints and assist Accounting with billing/invoice issues.
• Process returns and credits, obtaining appropriate authorization and backup information.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Serve as backup for new item setup in Oracle (attributes, pricing, BOMs, etc.).
• Apply an 80/20 mindset and customer ranking for prioritization.
• Support Kadant’s mission, values, and customer messaging.
• Export compliance knowledge is a plus.

Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (one to two years of related experience).
