Horizon Services, LLC is looking for an experienced HVAC Install Technician to lead a crew and deliver high‑quality installations to residential clients. The role focuses on problem solving, customer service, and technical excellence.

• Install new residential heating and cooling systems at client homes.
• Lead and coordinate a crew of installers, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with homeowners.

• Minimum 5 years experience as an HVAC Install Technician.
• Minimum 3 years experience as an HVAC Lead Installer running a crew.
• Relevant licenses and certifications (including ability to sponsor Journeyman license and NATE certification).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Clean, neat appearance and strong customer‑service skills.
• Hard‑working, motivated, and seeks professional growth.
