- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Service and maintain oil-fired heating equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Recommend solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and system performance
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism on every call
- Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold quality standards
