Key Responsibilities of the IR RN

• Perform and assist in gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and vascular studies/procedures
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation
• Ensure infection prevention practices are followed
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias

Requirements of the IR RN

• New York RN license (required)
• 1+ years of recent interventional radiology experience
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
