Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Office Administrator (Level
C) to join the Fabrication Team. This role supports multiple manufacturing sites in Auburn, WA and Puyallup, WA, supporting Fabrication leaders across 3 business units:
Skin and Spar;
Composite Manufacturing;
Engineering. It requires traveling between the three office locations in the Auburn/Puyallup area.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers, co-workers and peers, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information and while working under tight and often competing deadlines
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing logistics for visiting customers and Boeing executives, including supporting visitor badging and parking requests
- Process and screen incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
- Prioritize, manage, and schedule time and availability for most efficient use of time
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel, monitor traveler logistics, generate expense reports, and reconcile corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement
- Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communication
- Coordinate with the appropriate focal point to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
- Create, manage and schedule meetings around multiple calendars and appointments
- Manage employee recognition programs and activities
- Provide guidance for less experienced employees
- Work under limited supervision
- 4+ years’ experience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reports
- 4+ years’ experience supporting calendars, travel and meetings for senior level management
- 4+ years’ experience composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
- Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities from multiple sources

Pay & BenefitsSummary Pay Range: $67,200 – $71,000
