We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager with a focus on Landscape in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing and growing our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up‑selling or cross‑selling products and services.
- Prepare detailed proposal documents, commercial presentations, and reports.
- Stay up to date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team.
- Address client issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various teams (such as project management and customer service) to ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and strengthen our presence in the market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Account Manager, or in a similar sales role, within the landscape industry.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Experience in delivering client‑focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a results‑driven environment.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce, and help desk support software.
