This position can be located in any of the following Ace markets:
Seattle, Austin/San Antonio, San Diego, Orlando, or Cleveland.

Reporting to the President, the VP of Sales, Logistics Services is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the logistics services sales channel for Ace and ARCA, achieving annual logistics services revenue and sales objectives for both companies, and growing their own book of logistics services business.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive logistics services business development strategy aligned with Ace and ARCA’s objectives to achieve revenue and market share growth and diversification.
• Define and implement tactical plans to achieve sales objectives for the logistics services channel in targeted industries, including healthcare, and hospitality.
• Build and manage a high-performing logistics services business development team, including recruiting, hiring, training, mentoring and coaching members of the logistics sales team.
• Build and grow a book of logistics services business, leveraging company resources and existing network to drive sustained growth.
• Monitor logistics services sales performance reports and key performance indicators to ensure appropriate resource allocation and effectiveness of logistics services sales strategy, adapting as required to achieve sales objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight in the development of responses to RFPS, ensuring Ace & ARCA’s value propositions are effectively communicated.
• Understand logistics services and commercial moving market landscape and trends, ensuring Ace & ARCA’s service offerings are relevant and priced appropriately.
• Set the marketing strategy and priorities for Ace and ARCA, leveraging the external marketing consultant for strategy execution.
• Provide regular reports to the senior leadership team highlighting key performance metrics and progress toward logistics services revenue growth goals.
